This is just a friendly warning about the product "Serta Mattress"

Hey, I am not sure if Americans have Serta mattresses. But I thought I would write and give everyone a friendly warning about their product. I bought about 5 years ago the top of the line bed. Within 6 months it began to sag. By 1 year it was so sagging, that you would roll into the center of the bed. So we got the product replaced. After the next bed was replaced, we started to see this bed that we have now sagging too. Within 2 years it has gotten fairly bad again. But unfortunatly because they have such bad warrenties. Our warrenty is up on the bed and we can't get it replaced. We have gone thru 2 Serta beds in the last 5 years. I will personally never buy the product again, and hope that nobody else will either. When you have to buy a new bed after just 5 years. You know that their quality is awful. I suggest keeping away from the product all together.
